During the 1940s the Lions Clubs in Calgary and Edmonton sponsored Model T races with the view to raising money for the war orphans in Europe. A group of avid Model T hobbyists recreated and restored Model T racers and do dirt track demos around the province.
Model T Closed Cab Pickup
It started with a rusted out 1926 Model T Tudor. The objective was to build a T pickup where the passengers would be comfortably protected from the elements. It has to be quite, reliable, drivable by non T drivers and powerful enough to pull our 20’s replica camping trailer.
